Stelling Minnis Parish Council have arranged a Community Defibrillator Seminar

Monday 18th November at 7pm in Stelling Minnis Village Hall

The Community Heartbeat Trust will be demonstrating the use of defibrillators and explaining how the equipment works and its benefits to the community in saving previous minutes in the treatment of sudden cardiac arrest.

This session is free to attendees and will cover:

What is a sudden Cardiac Arrest – how to recognise SCA

How to dial 999 – what to expect and what questions you will be asked

How to do CPR and why – practical demonstration including:

• How to use your AED
• Recovery position
• Handover to paramedics
